Current Phase: Preparing the Buildings

Right now we’re in the cleanup, repair, and restoration stage — making the existing buildings sound, usable, and ready for the systems that come next.
This is the less glamorous part of the project, but it’s the foundation everything else depends on.

Phase
1✅

This phase turns a rough dream into a workable roadmap — defining the buildings, the business concepts, the layout, and the way the story itself will be documented.

  • Evaluate existing buildings and layout
  • Define woodshop vs restaurant footprint
  • Create initial equipment + utilities plan
  • Outline the weekly documentary format

Phase
2 🔧 (Current)

We clear, repair, and prep the existing structures so the build can move forward safely and efficiently.

  • Cleanup + demo where needed
  • Structural repairs and framing
  • Prep for utilities and equipment
  • Drive-through window planning

Phase
3

The woodshop becomes the production heart of the property — a place for making products, solving problems, building fixtures, and bringing Crow Hollow Wood Craft fully to life.

  • Power + dust collection setup
  • Tool layout + workstations
  • Storage and workflow systems
  • First shop-made build components

Phase
4

The Sawdust & Espresso side begins to feel real — kitchen layout, service flow, customer access, drive-through function, and all the details that turn a buildout into a working restaurant.

  • Build kitchen + service areas
  • Install core equipment
  • Service window + exterior details
  • Prep for inspections/licensing

Phase
5

We test systems, finalize service flow, and open the window for real customers.

  • Equipment testing + first runs
  • Menu soft launch
  • POS + ordering workflow
  • Opening day preparations

Phase
6

Opening day isn’t the end of the story.
After launch, the project continues through real-world operations, system improvements, new shop work, menu refinements, and all the lessons that only come once customers are part of the picture

  • Refining speed and service
  • Ongoing builds + signage
  • New woodshop projects
  • Sustainable property improvements
